By using stores.zestcommerce.in ("Zest Stores") you agree to these terms.

1. The marketplace

Zest Stores is an intermediary platform connecting independent sellers with buyers. Products are sold by the individual seller named on each listing, not by Zest Stores itself.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under them. Sellers must provide accurate business, tax, and export documentation.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are shown at checkout including applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is captured by our payment partners; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.

4. Returns & refunds

5. Prohibited items

Sellers may not list items that are illegal to sell or export from India, counterfeit, or infringing third-party rights. Violations lead to store suspension.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zest Stores' liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the seller's registered jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
