What we collect

• Account details (name, email) — shared with our parent site zestcommerce.in's login system.
• Order and shipping information (address, phone) — shared with the seller and shipping carrier fulfilling your order.
• Support conversations, reviews, and product questions you post.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), and India's DPDP Act you can download a copy of your data, request deletion, or record a Do-Not-Sell preference — all self-service in our Privacy Center.

Retention

Tax and export records for completed orders are retained as required by Indian law; on deletion requests these are anonymized rather than erased.

We use strictly-necessary cookies for login sessions and cart state. No third-party advertising cookies are set by Zest Stores.
