Seller Policy

Rules every Zest Stores seller agrees to.

Eligibility

Sellers must be India-registered businesses or individuals with a valid IEC (Import Export Code). PAN and GSTIN are strongly recommended — statutory TDS is deducted at penal rates without a PAN.

Listings

Products must be accurately described with genuine photos, correct HSN/HS codes, weights, and dimensions. Misleading listings are removed.

Fulfilment standards

Ship within 3 business days. High cancellation, defect, or late-shipment rates (visible on your dashboard) can lead to suspension.

Payouts

Earnings are credited to your wallet after delivery plus the buyer-protection hold period, net of commission and statutory withholding (TDS u/s 194O, GST TCS u/s 52) where applicable.
