Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours. Paid orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting the seller via Support.
Returns
Delivered items can be returned within 7 days of delivery from your Returns page. The seller reviews the request; once the item reaches them back, your refund is processed automatically.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your Zest Commerce wallet immediately when the seller confirms receipt of the returned item. Items damaged in transit, defective, or not as described are always eligible.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, custom/made-to-order items, and hygiene-sensitive products (innerwear, cosmetics with broken seals) are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
